How far in advance should I book a mobile bartender?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events. For peak season (June-August) or wedding receptions, 6-8 weeks provides better availability. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our calendar—we're happy to check!
What's included in the bar setup?
Every package includes: professional bartender(s), portable bar or bar cart, glassware (wine, champagne, Rocks, Collins, martini), ice bins, ice sleds, cocktail napkins, garnishes, mixers, stirring spoons, shakers, jiggers, and all standard bar tools. We handle everything from setup to cleanup.
Do you bring ice, or do we need to provide it?
We bring ice! Our standard service includes ample ice for both drinks and keeping beverages cold. For very large events, we may discuss additional ice needs, but this is rare.
What areas do you service?
We serve all 8 Emerald Coast communities: Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, 30A, Fort Walton Beach, and Panama City Beach. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 30 miles from Miramar Beach.
Can you set up at vacation rentals?
Absolutely! Vacation rentals are one of our most common venues. We're experienced at working with property managers, navigating HOA rules, and setting up in backyards, patios, and even beach access points. Just confirm your rental allows outdoor entertaining.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! All packages include a selection of non-alcoholic beverages: sparkling water, soft drinks, and virgin versions of our signature cocktails. We're happy to create a dedicated "mocktail" station at no extra charge.
What about liability and permits?
PourCoast is fully insured for mobile bartending services. We hold all necessary permits for alcohol service in Florida. We'll also coordinate with your venue to ensure all requirements are met. Note: The host is ultimately responsible for ensuring legal alcohol service.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before your event. 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once. We're happy to discuss specific circumstances.
How long can a bartender serve?
Base service is 3 hours. Additional hours can be added at $75-175/hour depending on package. For most events, 3-4 hours is sufficient—guests arrive, have 2-3 drinks over 2-3 hours, and the bar winds down naturally.
Do you need a table or electricity?
We bring a portable bar or bar cart that doesn't require a table. We do need access to standard electrical outlets for blenders and equipment. If your venue lacks power, let us know—we can discuss generator options.
